Our design process

Compression molding
HexTM Carbon is subjected to a temperature in excess of 100°C and a pressure of 30 tons in a specially designed press, shaping the material with custom molds.
02
Extraction and separation
Once the molding process is complete, the rim is carefully extracted and separated from the mold, using organic and natural products.
