passion is the cradle ofEVOSKIL®

EVOSKIL®, an innovative aeronautical company, was created in 2016 under the impetus of its founder, Judicaël MARTIN. Driven by his passion for aviation and his constant desire for innovation, this enthusiast brought together a team of experts from different technical specialties to try to improve ultralight aviation (ULM).

Build, repair and improve your ultralight with the wheel technology it deserves, thanks to innovation fromEVOSKIL®.

Faced with a major challenge in ultralight aircraft - the need for a lightweight, robust and affordable wheel - they combined their strengths and skills to design an exceptional product. The result is the EVOSKIL® braked wheel, specially designed for ultralight aircraft.

The flagship innovation of this product is the creation of a HexTM carbon rim. This material, renowned for its lightness and strength, brings durability and performance to microlight aircraft. Thus, EVOSKIL® wheels are the perfect blend of advanced technology and practicality, offering an effective solution for ultralights looking to improve.

our PROCESS

Research & Development

The creation of our kit, which is now on the market, required intense and sustained involvement over a period of six years. During this period, we conceptualized, manufactured and tested no less than fourteen different versions of our product. Each new version has benefited from the lessons learned from the previous iteration, enabling us to develop a product that is extremely strong, reliable, high-performance and ultra-light.

AtEVOSKIL®, we cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and learning, and are determined to push back the boundaries of what is possible in aeronautical engineering. Currently, our R&D team is working on our second product, an innovative injection kit.

Our technology

Precision machining for revolutionary wheels

The EVOSKIL® technology was developed using a press and molds specially designed for our application. It meets the stringent requirements specific to the manufacture of carbon wheels. This approach guarantees superior quality and precision at every stage of production.

The central tool in this technology is HexTM carbon compression molding. In an environment where the temperature reaches over 100°C and the pressure is raised to over 20 tons, the material is shaped to create customized wheels. Our molding method ensures mass production of rims whose weight is uniform to within + or - 3 grams.

After molding, the rims pass through the hands of a digital milling machine. This machine is equipped with a diamond, the only material suitable for machining carbon. It is used to precisely drill the holes needed to insert the assembly screws and the tire inflation valve. In this way, every detail is carefully considered to guarantee an impeccable finish and flawless fit.
